It is very important to us that customers meet the the service tech, give the history of their pool, and basically bring the tech up-to-speed on the pool so that everyone is on the same page before starting a regularly scheduled service. Pool Service/s cannot be quoted properly over the phone.
In some cases the pool will not be ready for weekly Pool Service. If this is the case customers will be informed of repairs or if a clean-up is needed before service can begin. Work will only be completed with customer approval.
Once we start a regularly scheduled cleaning program, during the first 2 visits, all equipment will be logged and a detailed report will be given to you showing any possible issues that need to be fixed or could wait while being watched.
Service Tech will provide weekly or bi-weekly cleaning and or maintenance, depending on options selected. The tech will also log all chemicals, amounts, test results etc.. in order to provide a "history" of your pool
